Chocolate very fondant

A Picture of You – North.

Salut, salut

Do you know that sudden need of eating something for no particular reasons? For some, it’s going to be a fatty meal, for others strawberries but for me (and for others I bet) it’s chocolate cake. We had big issues with our previous apartment, and when there was no real floor, only bad concrete, and all I wanted was a delicious chocolate very fondant, very very fondant.

Let’s eat!

Serve around 8-10: 4 eggs, 100g sugar, 100g chocolate, 100g butter, 50g flour.

Prep: 5 to 10mn — Bake: 7mn

Put cupcake paper cases in a cupcake tray and put them in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 210°.

Melt the chocolate thanks to a bain-marie (how to do a bain-marie?). While the chocolate is meting, take a bowl and put the eggs in it. Add the sugar and stir together until it whitened a little bit. Add the butter to the chocolate, it will melt thanks to the heat. Add the chocolate-butter mix to the eggs-sugar mix and stir together. Add the flour, mi nicely until smooth.

Fill the cupcake cases with the mix for about 2/3. Bake for 7mn.

And now, you just need to remove the chocolate very fondant from the cases, do it with gentleness and sprinkle with icing sugar.

… So, you’re about to lick the spoon, am I right? Wasn’t it lush? What do you think?

Des bisous
